Where can I find the different treasure hunt routes in Rotterdam? : We have two route available in Rotterdam; The Marine and The Architect. Both are amazing and will bring you to places you have not seen before. There is a new route coming in February 2023: The Gambler.

Treasure hunts Rotterdam
What is the minimum groupsize? : Our minimum is 6 people for The Marine and The Architect. If you want to join with for example 4 or 5 people, you can but the minimum price is for 6 people. The reason why we have a 6 people minimum is because we believe that our treasure hunt is best enjoyed in a group. Besides that, it is a guided tour with a private guide!
What is the maximum groupsize? : With our custom made programs, we can go up to 200 people starting at the same time.
I don’t speak Dutch, can I still join? : Yes, off course! We have a international team of game masters and offer the game in 2 different languages. We even speak a bit of Spanish in Rotterdam 😉
From where do we start? : Our treasure hunts in Rotterdam start from the meetingpoint next to the entrance of the Willem Burger Zaal of The Doelen. Here you find the exact address: CONTACT
What happens if it rains? : As our treasure hunts are outside, it can happen that the weather in Rotterdam is not the nicest. We always have a close eye on the weather forecast, and our main goal is to have a great time. A little rain is not going to stop us but too much rain will. Booking procedure
How can I book? : You can place a booking online, via our online booking system. You will receive a confirmation within 5 min, if you have not received it, please check your Spam filter, it might have landed in there.
My preferred date and time are not available, now what? : If your date and time are not available, not to worry. Just send us an email and we will check the availability manually. If you like to start at a different time, let’s say; 17:17 instead of 17:00. You can go ahead and place the booking and write your preferred time in the comments. We will adjust it manually.
I have made a booking but need to change the time or date? : You can just send us an email and we will sort it out!
Payment policy
How can I pay for my booking? : You can pay on the day of the treasure hunt with the game master. If you prefer to make a credit card payment (+fee of 3%) please let us know and we will sort it out.
Can I receive a invoice? : Yes, off course! Just send us the details of your company, and we will draft the invoice.
I have to cancel my booking, how can I do that? : We are sad you are not coming! To cancel, just send us an email with the request to cancel and we will sort it out for you. Note, you have up to 24 hours before to cancel of change the number of participants. After that, 100% will be charged.
