    Which treasure hunt are available in Barcelona?

    Where is the meeting point?
    On the right size of the entrance of Mercat del Born. The Artist, Explorer, Detective and Chef start from here. The Bankrobber starts from Plaza Catalunya. Each meeting point is clearly indicated in the description of the hunt.

    Starting times
    What time can I start?
    Open 7 days a week and we start every half an hour from 10:00 until 18:00. If you want to start earlier or later, please send us an email and we will check the availability of our guides.

    Languages
    Which language do you offer?
    We have the game in English, Spanish, Dutch, German and French. But we have very limited availability for our German and French guide. So it could happen that you have the game in German/French and the guide speaks English.

    Is the treasure hunt always a race?
    No, you can also make multiple teams and not race each other. You will have more time to solve the puzzles and you will get more information from the guides when you are not racing. The focus will be on the city. With a race, the focus will be on the game.

    Yes, we have a small price for the winning team!

    What is the best teambuilding option?
    Our treasure hunt is an amazing teambuilding option! The game is designed so people have to communicate, collaborate and work together. But most of all, it is a lot of fun! In our experience, for bigger groups, it is great to make it a race! The teams will have an extra incentive and it increases the team spirit. But both options are great for teambuilding.

    How many people can go in one team?
    From 4 up to 10 people in a team. If you are racing, we would advise to make smaller teams, maximum 8 people per team.

    How can I pay?
    You can make a reservation online via our online bookings system. We accept credit cards and IDEAL payments but you can also choose to pay in cash on the day of your treasure hunt. Keep in mind, that even for cash payments our general terms and conditions apply.

    What is the cancellation policy for groups under 30 people?
    As a group (up to 30 people) you are free to cancel or modify your booking up to 24 hours with no extra charge. After 24 hours cancellations, you receive a 50% refund of the total amount of the booking.

    For groups larger then 30 people, when booking through our customer service or direct on the website, the following is applicable to cancellation or modifications of your booking: Up to 5 days in advance, you will receive a 100% refund; Up to 48 hours in advance, you will receive a 70% refund; Up to less than 48 hours in advance, you will receive a 50% refund.

For customised programs of any kind, the project management and material cost will not be refunded.
